Download Validation Results | Validation Results in Web Map | Markup Anomaly Data
Administrators, Validators and Editors can download the latest validation results initiated by any user in their organization from the Validation Results page.
Users can also view validation results on the map or by performing a standard download. For information on the validations performed, check out the Validation Description Tables.
Download Validation Results
1. Select Validate from the Navigation Menu.
2. Click See Validation Results.
3. Use the Validation Name dropdown to select a validation job.
4. The progress of the selected validation will be displayed in the Validation Results tab.
5. Use the Refresh button to update the job status if needed.
6. Once the validation has been completed, click Download Results to export the Markup folder.
Markups will be exported as Feature Layers in a zipped file geodatabase for users to open in their local environment.
Note: The markup download will be in the WGS 1984 Web Mercator projection. To download the data in your native projection, perform a Standard Download using a native schema.
Validation Results in Web Map
1. Select Map from the Navigation Menu.
2. Open the Attribute Table.
3. Select any of the following validation output layers to view validation results:
- Address Anomalies
- Centerline Anomalies
- Boundary Anomalies
- Fishbone Analysis
- MARKUP_TABLE
4. Feature Class anomalies may also be viewed in popups when enabled through the Layer List tool.
Note: Admins, Validators and Editors can also view and manage anomalies in the Review Tool.
Markup Anomaly Data
The validation results data will contain the following layers/tables:
- Markup_Lines
- Markup_Points
- Markup_Boundary
- Markup_Fishbone
- Markup_Table
Each Markup Feature Layer (excluding Fishbones) and table will contain the following fields:
- Class - Refers to the Feature Layer to which Markup is associated.
- Violation - The name of the anomaly.
- Description - A detailed description of the violation. These can be used as guidance to resolve the anomaly.
- Date Created - The date of the validation run that generated the anomaly.
- Exception - This field will have a value of '1' if the anomaly has been marked as an exception.
- Validation ID - The ID associated with each specific anomaly. May be used for reference in the Validation Description Tables.
- External_nguid - The unique identifier that ties an anomaly to the feature it references. Use the Class field as guidance to which Feature Class or table the anomaly is in, and the external_nguid to pinpoint the exact feature.
- Status - This field is provided to support user workflows and may be used at the user's discretion.
- Justification - This field is provided to support user workflows and may be used at the user's discretion.
- Comments - This field is provided to support user workflows and may be used at the user's discretion.
