When users run Domain Validations in the "Create New Validation" section of VEP, VEP checks field values in the Site Address Points and Road Centerline feature classes against the accepted NENA domain values listed on this page.

If the fields have values that are not within the list of accepted NENA domain values, these anomalies will be flagged. An anomaly will also be flagged if:

• If a value in the fields outlined are not included in this associated table.
• If the cases are different than what’s included in the table (i.e. WAY vs. Way).
• Blank or empty values.
• Leading or trailing spaces.

An anomaly will NOT be flagged if there are NULL values in the validated fields.
