After an Automated Upload is in a Pending status, it will be visible in VEP’s Upload Request page. If multiple users have an Automated Upload scheduled to process on the same day, only the first job initiated will upload. Any jobs that attempt to upload while another is processing will get a Failed status. It’s important to coordinate with other VEP users who may be performing Automated Uploads.
To view the status of an Automated Upload:
Navigate the Uploads pages.
Select View Upload Status.
Automated Uploads are labeled in the Additional Info column.
When the upload is complete, it will have an Approved status and be posted to the data.
If the upload fails, it will have a Failed status. An email notification will also be sent to the admin(s), containing a text file that outlines the reasons for the failure.
