Edit Tools
The following tools are available when editing boundaries.

Create New Boundaries
Use the Create New Feature tools to create new boundaries.

Use the Create New Feature tool to create new boundaries.
Select the Create New Feature tool.
Tap on the map to create the start point of the new boundary.
Continue touching to add additional vertices to the polygon.
Double-tap at the endpoint of the polygon to finish drawing the boundary.
Navigate to the Feature Attributes section of the Edit tool.
Fill out the necessary fields.
Administrators manage these fields. Some fields may not be editable or may have default values applied. Contact your administrator to modify these configurations via the Fields admin page.
Long/Lat: This field is auto-populated by VEP.
External_nguid: This field is auto-populated by VEP. This ID field is used to identify the feature and to join the feature to related tables.
Press Save, at the bottom of the Edit tool, to apply the attribute edits.
Once completed with all editing, submit the edit session.
Edit Existing Boundaries
Use the Select By tool to select an individual boundary to edit.
Tap on the Select By tool.
Choose a 'Select' option from rectangle, lasso, or polygon.
If needed, select Clear Selection to clear the selected features.
Draw a polygon with the Select By tool to select a boundary.
Let go or double-tap to complete the polygon. Selected boundaries will be highlighted in red.
To modify the geometry of a boundary:
Select a single boundary. The selected boundary is highlighted in red, with vertices marked as grey circles.
Tap and drag on the red part of the polygon to move the entire polygon to a new location.
To edit an individual vertex, hover over a grey circle and tap and drag the individual circle to a new location. A dashed line will appear, showing the new shape the polygon will make after the vertex is placed.
See the Enable Snapping section to snap to nearby features.
To add a new vertex, touch a white circle and move it to its final location.
To delete an existing vertex, touch an existing dark gray vertex, and select Delete.
To modify the attributes of the boundary, use the Choose feature to edit drop-down to specify the polygons to modify.
Individual features can be selected, or multiple records can be selected to mass-edit the attributes, using the All Records option from the drop-down.
Make the necessary edits to the values in the fields in the Feature Attributes section.
Press Save, at the bottom of the Edit tool, to apply the attribute edits.
Once completed with all editing, submit the edit session.
Delete Boundaries
Use the Delete tool to permanently delete a boundary.
Tap on the Select By tool.
Select a boundary with the Select By tool.
Selected boundaries will be highlighted in red.
Select the Delete tool.
A confirmation pop-up will display asking if you are sure you want to delete the feature(s). Select OK to proceed with the deletion or Cancel to cancel the delete.
Once completed with all editing, submit the edit session.
Tap on the Edit Existing Feature tool.
