Support Through VEP

- Click on the "?" symbol, located on the top right corner of VEP
- The Support Center widget will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- The widget contains help articles from the Knowledge Base, the user guide, the latest release notes, and validation descriptions.
- The widget also allows users to submit a support ticket directly from VEP.
- Fill out your full name and the email address associated with your VEP account.
- Fill out the ticket type, subject, a description of the issue you are experiencing, and a screenshot and/or attachments of the issue.
- Press Send.
- The ticket will be sent to the Support team. Look out for a response in your email.
